Carolyn is a physician assistant specializing in dermatology. She received both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Grand Valley State University, Grand Rapids, MI. 

Drawn to the challenge of diagnosing various skin conditions, Carolyn finds dermatology exciting. With breakthrough treatments recently available, patients now can achieve a better quality of life. She enjoys aiding in life-changing transformations as she helps her patients take control of their acne, eczema, psoriasis, and more – giving them more confidence in their own skin.

Determined to find a treatment solution that fits each patient’s needs, Carolyn stays current on all the latest dermatological advancements. She understands a patient’s treatment preferences drive compliance, so she will always work to find a regimen that complements their condition and lifestyle.

Carolyn is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. 

When not in the office, Carolyn enjoys hiking, kayaking and cycling with her husband in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Together they have three adult children and love spending time with their grandchildren as well.
