I don't think I've won the lucky unicorn but I have received nothing but exceptional service from here. I have a rare condition that impacts my eyes that many doctors are not very knowledgeable about. The doctors were willing to admit that they needed a moment or so to learn more about the condition, then make the call on what the next best plan of action is and why. The staff at the desk are also very congenial and efficacious...Overall, my experience has been gratifying.

I've always had positive experiences as a patient here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors are always attentive and take the time to explain everything going on, and answers any questions you may have. I'd also like to compliment the call center whose staff is also very friendly and helpful. Their website is informative and easy to navigate, as well as, being able to download and print forms to have filled out and ready prior to coming to your appointment. I highly recommend Cascade Eye Skin Center in University Place.
