Schedule Your Aesthetics Appointment

At Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, we strive to make your experience as seamless and efficient as possible. Before you request your appointment, please take a moment to review the information below. Aesthetics appointments are elective, self-pay services not covered through insurance. They include Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser services, microneedling and more. Please note we do require a credit card on file to schedule any aesthetics appointment online to hold the appointment. Any dermatology-related concerns, such as skin exams, rashes, or mole removal, must be scheduled with a dermatologist. Click here to schedule a dermatology appointment.

We accept online appointments 90 days in advance. If you need to book farther out, please give us a call at 253-264-0984.

In order to ensure that all patients receive timely care and to mitigate the impact of missed appointments, we do require a credit card to be stored on file to schedule a aesthetics appointment. No charge will be made unless in event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.

To ensure that all patients receive timely care and to mitigate the impact of missed appointments, a $50 no-show fee will be applied if a patient fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice with a master aesthetician and $150 no show fee for missed appointments with a MD, PAC, or NP-C.

If you schedule an appointment for both neurotoxin and dermal filler treatment and decide not to proceed with the dermal filler treatment or any other aesthetics services that require additional time reserved on a MD, PAC or NP-C schedule, a non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged. This fee is to compensate for the time that was specifically reserved for your appointment.
