Mohs’ micrographic surgery for skin cancer achieves a high rate of success in treating basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and several other rare types of skin cancer. mohs surgery allows removal of the skin cancer, with frozen section confirmation of clear skin margins, while sparing as much normal skin as possible for optimal cosmetic results. We are fortunate to have an experienced mohs surgeon, Dr. Maureen Mooney, who has treated thousands of south Puget Sound patients with excellent results.

We are fortunate to offer the Puget Sound area our skilled permanent cosmetic artist, Kim Fleming. Kim has been performing permanent make-up for over 15 years and has been at Cascade since 2005. She uses a hand-set method to ensure 100% accuracy. Her skills help to enhance eyebrows, eyeliner, lips and more!
